Noh ‘Naif’ Atau Faekah Yang Bangang & Bodoh

Patutlah ramai pemimpin PKR nie bengang dan menyampah dengan Setpol Khalid Ibrahim yang bernama Faekah Husin nie … Minah nie suka sangat keluarkan statement yang menampakkan lagi kebodohan bos dier, siapa lagi kalau bukan Khalid Gagap.

Hari nie dia menggesa Noh Omar digesa untuk memohon maaf kepada Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) dan rakyat Selangor kerana mendakwa PKNS mahu menjual lima asetnya pada harga RM321 juta.

Bagi dier, Noh nie memalukan UMNO & BN kerana memliki menteri kabinet yang ‘naif’ tentang hal ehwal korporat, jelas membuktikan bahawa beliau tidak mahir selok belok urus tadbir korporat.

Bagi aku, PKR dan Pakatan serta Khalid Ibrahim yang patut malu kerana memiliki seorang Setpol yang bodoh & bangang …..

Sebelum ini Noh mendakwa, aset-aset terlibat yang dikatakan bakal dijual ialah Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya (RM90 juta), Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) (RM93 juta), Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam (RM88 juta), Kompleks PKNS Bangi (RM42 juta) dan Wisma Yakin (RM7 juta).

Namun Faekah mengatakan kesemua aset komersial yang dimaksudkan Noh itu masih kekal milik PKNS.

Menurutnya, PKNS ketika ini sedang dalam proses menyelaras aktiviti-aktiviti teras Kumpulan PKNS di mana salah satu inisiatif korporat yang sedang dilaksanakan adalah penubuhan syarikat milik penuh perbadanan itu iaitu Private Real Estate Company atau PREC. (sila rujuk Selangorku)

Aku nak tanya  Faekah, kalaulah PKNS sedang membuat penstrukturan semula aset2 nie atau PKNS, mengapa ada urusan ‘JUAL-BELI’  ke atas  lima aset tersebut ….

Menara PKNS mahal tu (RM90 juta), SACC (RM93juta), Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam (RM88juta), Kompleks PKNS Bangi (RM42juta) & Wisma Yakin RM7 juga …. Masyukkk tu. Kalau bukan untuk dijual, mengapa wujud nilai yang berjuta-juta nie ….

Apalah susat sangat, kalau yea pun nak buat pemindahan syarikat atau sebagainya, tubuhlah syarikat A, B, C, D, E ….

Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya (RM90 juta) tukar kepada Company A, Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) (RM93 juta) pergi ke Company B  , Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam (RM88 juta) pergi ke company C, Kompleks PKNS Bangi (RM42 juta) pergi ke company D dan Wisma Yakin (RM7 juta) ke company E.

Lagi satu, aku nak tanya si faekah nie …. Kenapalah dalam urusan PKNS nie cepat ajer dia menjawab…. Tapi mengapa bila kena tang Unisel, dia senyap…diam mencuka jer minah nie ??? Ataupun sebab dia ada kepentingan dalam Unisel, sebab tu dia diam dan sekarang dia nak muncul sebagai hero dalam PKNS, boleh plak dia dapat kepentingan dalam PKNS nanti…

Hahahaha…… Faekah ohhhh Faekah …. Tunggu ada masa lagi, takkan nak dedah semuanya ….
