Gagasan Anti Penyelewengan Selangor (GAPS) hari ini mengucapkan
terima kasih kepada Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam yang pagi tadi membuat keputusan
yang adil dengan menolak permohonan Menteri Besar Selangor yang mahu
membatalkan saman air yang difailkan
oleh 700 rakyat negeri Selangor.
Sambil menyifatkan mahkamah sudah memahami denyut nadi rakyat
marhaen dalam isu air ini, pengerusinya, Hamidzun Khairuddin berkata, kini
sudah dua kali Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim kalah ditewaskan oleh gerakan rakyat.
“Sudah 2 – 0, dimenangi oleh rakyat. Minggu lalu Ibu tunggal
menang, kali ini meter berpukal pula menang. Tahniah untuk gerakan Rakyat.
“GAPS akan terus menyokong tindakan rakyat yang mahu memfailkan
saman lebih dari 30 janji Manifesto Pakatan PKR, DAP dan Pas dalam pilihanraya
ke 12. Rakyat wajib mendapat pembelaan dan keadilan dari mana-mana parti yang
menjanjikan bulan, bintang dan matahari dalam manifesto mereka. Janji kena
ditepati bukan dicapati,” ujarnya mengulas perkembangan terkini isu air yang
berlaku di Selangor.
Tambahnya, isu air bukan isu politik, GAPS juga mendesak Menteri
Besar segera meluluskan pembinaan Logi Langat 2 bagi memastikan krisis air
Selangor boleh diselesaikan secepat mungkin.
“Insaflah Menteri Besar, janganlah menzalimi dan menginiaya rakyat
marhaen. Rakyat perlukan air, rakyat sudahbosan dengan politiking kerajaan
negeri.
“Keputusan mahkamah hari ini juga memberikan gambaran yang sangat
jelas bahawa kerajaan pakatan Selangor DAP, PKR dan Pas telah gagal. GAPS
menuntut Khalid Ibrahim dan barisan EXCO nya agar dengan rasa hormat meletakkan
jawatan. Rakyat sudah serik dan jelak ditipu oleh pembesar yang tidak
bertanggungjawab,” ujarnya yang juga mantan Ketua AMK negeri Selangor
