KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Ogos – Ketua Penerangan UMNO Malaysia, Datuk Ahmad Maslan menyifatkan pakatan DAP-Pas adalah sekadar memenuhi “temporary political convenience” iaitu kemudahan politik yang sementara yang akan meruntuhkan idealisme perjuangan Pas selama ini.
Jelas beliau perjuangan Pas yang bercita-cita untuk menubuhkan negara Islam dan menegakkan hukum hudud tidak akan ke mana kerana akan ditentang DAP habis-habisan.
“Hakikatnya Pas telah menjadikan negara Islam dan hukum hudud sebagai perjuangan utama sementara DAP pula menentang sekeras-kerasnya…DAP inginkan Malaysia menjadi negara sekular…
“Pimpinan UMNO pula telah umumkan sebelum ini lagi yang Malaysia memenuhi ciri-ciri sebuah Negara Islam…Oleh itu pakatan DAP-Pas adalah sekadar memenuhi “temporary political convenience”…kemudahan politik yang sementara”, katanya kepada UMNO-Online di sini, hari ini.
Beliau berkata demikian sebagai mengulas dakwaan kononnya UMNO telah memutarbelit isu negara Islam dan hukum hudud bagi tujuan politik melemahkan pakatan pembangkang.
Sambil menegaskan UMNO tidak memutarbelit isu tersebut beliau seterusnya menegaskan DAP tidak akan menjunjung usaha untuk mendaulatkan Islam di negara ini sebagaimana yang termaktub dalam perlembagaan.
“Inilah wajah sebenar DAP yang sepatutnya difahami Pas”, ujarnya.
Malah kata beliau lagi perlakuan DAP berada dalam surau dan masjid hanyalah suatu sandiwara politik yang memualkan.
“Oleh itu sempena ramadhan ini kembalilah kepada keluhuran kesucian Islam yang telah dan akan UMNO pertahankan… bersama kita dalam wadah perjuangan ini…

The reason why malays tend to run "amok" is because of close relative breeding. Just like non-high breed dogs - brother have sex with the mother, and father marry their own sister, and the confusion goes on.
